Requirements

Essential

  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience within complex or matrixed organizations
  • Strong generalist HR background across all core disciplines including talent, reward, employee relations, and organizational design
  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with business and finance leaders
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities

  • Experience in fast-growth, transformation, or complex operating environments

  • Track record of scaling organizations or evolving HR operating models

Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (dependent on experience)
