Are you ready to unleash your creative genius and partner marketing experience to make a significant impact with our local field sales teams?  As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you will be the mastermind behind our partner co-op marketing campaigns and the driving force behind our brands growth in your designated region.

Your region is large, so your hunger to be amongst the team and travel to the country and manage events on the ground is key.  

As the JumpCloud Regional Field Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the primary driver to create, implement and execute marketing campaigns and programs with partners that support the regional business goals aligned to our annual operating plan. 

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong expertise in partner marketing, exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong time management skills and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the JumpCloud sales teams and partner account managers to build out quarterly partner marketing plans whilst working closely with them in country
  • Lead marketing partner planning sessions with in region partners, in person meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Work closely with our registered partners to help them orchestrate multichannel campaigns to drive partner lead pipeline and revenue
  • Manage and help orchestrate partner lead events with in country partners and join them at the event to ensure maximum success
  • Provide innovative ideas to enhance the success of joint JumpCloud and partner events to maximize budget opportunities 
  • Work closely with our strategic partners (Google, AWS etc) in region alongside the JumpCloud sales team 
  • Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
  • Selection, execution and running of key industry lead events within the region on the ground in the booth
  • Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, coordinating all event operations
  • Liaising with the USA demand gen marketing team on all campaign development to ensure content creation for all new campaigns aligns with International partner marketing requirements / language / partner in a box campaign kits
  • Work closely with the USA corporate comms team on local PR campaigns in region and helping manage the local PR agencies
  • Work lock step with the VP of Sales to ensure marketing alignment to sales plans/ revenue targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and partner revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work within multicultural teams and across internal and external stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and seize opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
  • Proficient in marketing automation and sales automation/CRM reporting
  • A team player who excels at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Willingness to travel to attend and run events and meetings
  • 10+ years experience, with at least 5 years B2B field marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software marketing and partner marketing
