Regional Distribution Planner & Global ICC - Support (Implant 1 Year Contract) at our customer's site – Bangna Plant KM.25. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics (Invoice Packing Lists) and documentation for Freezone (Privilege) operations. It involves coordination with overseas and internal suppliers to ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments. The position requires strict compliance with BOI (Board of Investment) and customs regulations, including the management of specialized import documentation such as the Phytosanitary (PHYTO) Certificate for regulated goods. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and documentation. Scope of Responsibilities: 1. Transport Packaging • Drive Global Invoice and Cost controlling towards Over Stock Fee / Replacement Fee implementation globally with Component suppliers in accordance with financial framework. • Establish proper control & follow-up methodology towards Over Stock Fee / Replacement Fee with component suppliers globally till payments are received. • Monitoring the ordering UD KMP from Material supplier in OFS4P system. • Plan the transportation of UD KMP with transporter and Terminal. • Discuss with Local Material supplier in Thailand, if there is any deviation on ordering delivery. • Request the duty payment with finance for UD KMP transaction between Freezone and Non Freezone. • Co-ordinate with Customs brokerage for customs clearance & amendments if any. • Handle the invoices of Packaging operations and proceed the payment with Accountant. • Manually follow up on the Goods issue from Global components supplier vs ASN. • Record keeping of operational expenses. 2. Bachelor of Logistics/ Engineering /MBA will be preferred. • Diploma in Transport Logistics or supply chain is preferred. • 2 - 5 years’ experience in Transport Logistics with ability to handle problem resolution in timely manner. • Good communication & Team Oriented. • Good in English communications, Writing, Listening and speaking. • Familiar with Transport Management system. • Goal oriented. • Freezone privilege knowledge. • Strong in Customs clearance processes.

5. Travelling abroad: may require (under UD travelling expense budget.)
