YOUR ROLE As a Regional Director of Sales, you’ll lead Immuta’s enterprise growth strategy across a high-potential territory. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll build and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, drive predictable revenue, and expand our presence within Fortune 1000 organizations. This is a pivotal leadership role for a sales executive who thrives on building markets, developing talent, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. You’ll leverage your relationships across Financial Services and Healthcare/Life Sciences while partnering closely with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscalers to unlock new growth channels. This position supports territories across the West and Central regions of the United States. Candidates located in or near major metropolitan markets (e.g. Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; San Francisco, California; Los Angeles, California; Seattle, Washington; and Denver, Colorado) are preferred. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Accelerate Enterprise Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across the Western and Central U.S., building a scalable regional model that fuels consistent, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build a High-Performance Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs to exceed targets, elevate performance standards, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Expand Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscalers to co-create joint solutions, unlock co-sell opportunities, and expand Immuta’s market reach.
  • Operationalize Excellence: Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline rigor, and deal execution processes that drive predictability and informed decision-making.
  • Champion Customer Outcomes: Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs from sales to post-sale, driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer success.
  • WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Lead and scale Immuta’s Enterprise West/Central sales organization.
  • Execute regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain strong Salesforce CRM discipline.
  • Hire, develop, and manage performance of quota-carrying Enterprise AEs.
  • Partner with Marketing, SDR, Alliances, and Customer teams to drive pipeline generation and partner-led opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent quota attainment and regional revenue performance.
  • WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software or data-focused solutions, with success building new markets in high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of exceeding growth and revenue targets.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-territory enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting rigor, and Salesforce CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated success opening new Fortune 1000 accounts and building executive-level relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscaler partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset — equally comfortable shaping regional strategy and driving day-to-day execution.
