As the Regional Partnerships Strategy Lead (SEA), you will architect our next phase of strategic growth with key commerce platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role is for a visionary leader who can unlock high-impact partnerships, shape joint business plans, and evolve our platform approach into a true growth engine for both sides. You’ll sit at the intersection of commerce, innovation, and strategic influence turning ecosystem collaboration into scalable business success.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Partnership Design: Lead the regional strategy to evolve AnyMind into a top-tier strategic partner with Shopee and TikTok Shop by designing frameworks that align our proprietary AI tech with platform-specific growth initiatives.
• Regional Commercial Leadership: Architect Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual collaboration roadmaps for key markets, ensuring our partnership models are high-impact and optimized for long-term scalability.
• Ecosystem Innovation: Act as the bridge between AnyMind’s product/AI teams and platform leads to identify unique opportunities for technical and commercial integration that enhance our competitive positioning.
• Cross-Market Optimization: Benchmark best practices across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia to ensure AnyMind utilizes the full suite of strategic support and initiatives available on each platform.
• Executive Advisory: Provide high-level insights to the Global Management team on the shifting platform landscape, directly shaping AnyMind’s long-term regional investment strategy.
• Report to: Managing Director of Global E-Commerce

Who You Are

• Platform Mastery: 8+ years of experience in the E-commerce ecosystem, with a significant background working within Shopee/TikTok or leading Regional Partnerships for global brands/enablers.
• Strategic Negotiator: Proven track record of designing and executing complex, high-impact commercial agreements or growth programs in the SEA region.
• Analytical & Tech-Fluent: Ability to translate platform mechanics into strategic business cases, with a passion for using technology and AI to disrupt traditional e-commerce models.
• Influential Networker: Strong existing relationships with regional and local platform leadership across Southeast Asia.
• Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice To Have

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment or a regional "founder-style" role.
• Fluency in a second Southeast Asian language (Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa).
