About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales mindset who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and convert market insights into measurable revenue.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify and secure high-value business opportunities to expand market share.
Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline creation to negotiation and deal closure.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance updates to leadership.
Represent Keenfinity at industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
8–12 years of experience in business development or commercial roles.
Proven success in achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market; Bahrain experience is highly desirable.
Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on.
Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
