The Region Sales Supervisor supports the Region Sales Manager in driving sales performance within the assigned territory (East Coast). This role focuses on leading and guiding the sales team, ensuring effective sales execution, strong customer engagement, and compliance with company processes. The position is key to achieving sales volume, coverage, and execution excellence across the region.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and develop sales supervisor and sales team to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Translate regional sales strategies into actionable execution plans.
Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Ensure effective coverage, trade promotion execution, and customer relationship management.
Support compliance with company sales policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
Experience/Skills Required
3–5 years of experience in FMCG, general trade, or sales leadership.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving sales targets.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills
Education / Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
