CardoO is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel Maker to produce engaging short-form video content across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role is key to building brand awareness and driving audience engagement through visually compelling and trend-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit raw footage into polished content using creative transitions, effects, captions, and music
• Develop content ideas aligned with current social media trends and brand voice
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute video concepts
• Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and platform performance
• Stay up to date with trending audio, formats, and hashtag strategies
• Manage content scheduling and posting (if required)
• Continuously improve content performance based on analytics and feedback
  
  Qualifications
• Portfolio showcasing previous reels or short-form video projects
• Relevant experience in social media content creation, video editing, or digital marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video content with strong engagement or viral reach
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual skills
• Familiarity with trending content styles, sounds, and social media behaviors
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred)
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt content quickly to trends
