REDE Consulting is Hiring – IRM/GRC Developers (Pune Location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications, including Policies, Controls, Risks, Issues, Audits, and Workflows

• Implement automation, integrations, and Reporting/Performance Analytics

• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation

• Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions

• Optimize and enhance existing GRC implementations for performance and scalability

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules

• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks

• Experience with UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Workflows, Flow Designer

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) preferred

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (IRM/GRC, CSA, CAD) are a plus
