Recycler Optimization Expert - ATM Operations

The Recycler Optimization Expert focuses on improving the performance and efficiency of our Recycler networks. This role involves analyzing service orders data, identifying trends, and addressing the most common issues and patterns to minimize downtime. The expert will create and execute ideas and initiatives among Euronet teams to enhance Recycler performance.

Key tasks for this position include:

• Analyzing data to improve ATM efficiency and reduce downtime
• Monitoring Recycler networks to identify technical issue patterns
• Collaborating with service providers to improve hardware reliability and response times
• Initiating ideas and initiatives based on identified trends
• Working with various teams across Euronet departments
• Implementing initiatives and meeting expected deadlines

Requirements

Key requirements for this position are:

• Proficiency in Polish, English min B2 level
• Residency in or near Warsaw for hybrid work
• 3-5 years of experience with a technical background and knowledge about ATMs and Recyclers machines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
