What you will bring to the team

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an HR Intern, that focuses on the execution of operational processes of a Human Resource department and supports an HR Business Partner in CDMX.

What you will be doing:

Your typical day as an HR Intern will involve:

Responsibilities: 

• Onboarding support. 
• Support in general employee queries.
• Responsible for managing new hire documentation and HR database. 
• Support in communications & events of HR and CDMX Site.
• Participation and support in HR projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Excel knowledge (Basic formula, filters, database administration)
• Willingness to learn.
• Attend Office 3 times per week
• Support HR team 25 hours per week.
• Intermediate to advance English.

• Excellent Oral and Written communication
• Microsoft Skills.
• Basic HR Generalist Skills.
• Service attitude team player
• Organized and self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
