Position Summary
The Recruitment Team Leader is a client-facing delivery leadership role within Zero Hiring’s RPO operations. The role is primarily focused on oversight and performance management of a recruitment team delivering against defined service level agreements.
This position ensures consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery across assigned client accounts while maintaining strong operational discipline, accurate system usage, and clear client communication. While not a hands-on sourcing role, the Team Leader must bring a strong understanding of sourcing and screening best practices to effectively coach recruiters, audit quality, and guide delivery decisions.
The salary for this role is $22,000, and open to applications across the Philippines as it is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery and Account Oversight
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, reliability, and consistent communication.
• Manage delivery against agreed service level agreements, hiring targets, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reporting to clients.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or changes in hiring demand with clear recommendations.
Recruitment Operations Oversight
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and pipelines.
• Ensure job postings are created and published accurately across approved sourcing channels.
• Maintain oversight of candidate pipelines to ensure quality, momentum, and alignment with client expectations.
• Review screening quality, candidate shortlists, and hiring outcomes to ensure consistent standards.
Team Leadership and Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters delivering recruitment services within an RPO model.
• Allocate workloads effectively to balance capacity, performance, and quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and quality audits.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of recruiters to maintain delivery excellence.
Systems, Reporting, and Governance
• Own and maintain applicant tracking system usage for assigned accounts, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of ATS data, recruiter activity, and reporting outputs.
• Review recruitment metrics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, client-specific processes, and internal governance standards.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements across RPO delivery.
• Support the adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in recruitment delivery within an RPO or agency environment.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate screening best practices.
• Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems in a high-volume environment.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and build trusted relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple roles or accounts.
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting international clients or global hiring programs.
• Exposure to service level agreements, recruitment metrics, and performance reporting.
• Experience operating within structured delivery or governance models.
