Requirements

  • Track individual and team performance against KPIs & FPIs, ensuring hiring goals are met while providing support or intervention when needed.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies align with client needs and overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as fill ratio, actual placements compared to previous periods, and average team success. Identify performance gaps and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, discuss achievements and challenges, and set clear objectives for growth.
  • Support the ongoing development of team members by identifying skills gaps and facilitating relevant training programs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship during performance reviews to support career progression and professional development.
  • Offer strategic input into developing recruitment policies, workflows, and tools based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure career progression plans are in place for team members and actively guide them on their professional development journey.
  • Work towards achieving FPIs & KPIs for your role, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals, regularly reporting on progress, and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential; German language would be considered a great asset
  • Knowledge of ATS preferably Workable
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and develop performance-enhancing strategies.
