About the Role

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who has advanced through the ranks and understands recruitment inside out—someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, helping them grow and hit performance goals.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts, managing priorities and deadlines.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate management.

  • Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team as a whole.

  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

  • Act as a point of escalation and support during challenging searches or client demands.

  • Work closely with management to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal tools.

  • Contribute to business growth by supporting client relationships and identifying delivery improvements.

  • Supervise whole recruitment team

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.

  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of recruiters.

  • Proven record of success in high-volume and/or niche recruitment projects.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Confident working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
