Recruitment Specialist

Source Candidates:

• Use job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screen and Select:

• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.

• Schedule and conduct interviews.

Engage Candidates:

• Build relationships with potential hires.

• Communicate job expectations and company culture.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

• Understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Provide updates on recruitment progress.

Administrative Tasks:

• Keep accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in HR/Recruitment (any industry will do, BPO is an advantage)

• Psych/HR fresh grads can apply!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati and/or Mandaluyong
