We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both Move’s internal hiring and client recruitment projects, making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work.
You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who wants to kick-start their career in recruitment and talent.
