About the Role
As our Recruitment Partnerships Lead, you will focus on building and managing strategic partnerships that directly support our recruitment team. You will develop and manage a network of partners across Europe, including recruitment agencies, freelancers, universities, and training providers, to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for our clients. Acting as the main connector between external partners and our internal recruitment team, you’ll help align candidate pipelines with client demand and expand our presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with recruitment agencies, freelancers, universities, training providers, and other candidate sources.
  • Collaborate with partners to design sourcing strategies tailored to different European markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to align external candidate supply with client demand.
  • Represent the company at industry fairs, networking events, and partner meetings across Europe.
  • Track and evaluate partnership performance, suggesting improvements to maximize results.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, talent mobility, and recruitment practices in target regions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, recruitment, or international business development.
  • Strong experience in managing B2B relationships and collaborations.
  • Experience in European recruitment and talent sourcing in markets like Germany, the Netherlands, or the Nordics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English, plus fluency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
