Are we a good match?
As Recruiters, we take care of the entire end-to-end recruitment process (i.e., briefs with Hiring Managers, reaching out to candidates, writing job ads, conducting interviews, or providing feedback) and do our best to ensure a great Candidate Experience. As we work on a global scale, you'd be cooperating daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States. This is why we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills. We assume that with such a background, you already know a lot – but there are still many things we can teach you.
It's also important for us to find someone who can look for answers independently, propose ideas, and seek improvements rather than always follow the same old patterns. Moreover, it is to see your true pleasure and fun in what you're doing!

We are looking for someone, who...
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment and wants to develop further in this area. Experience in product companies is an advantage.
Actively looks for candidates from various sources – feels confident about sourcing and knows what Boolean search and X-Ray search are without googling it!
Smoothly uses Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1) – as we are part of an American scale-up, fluent English is a must.
Speaking of languages, you should know them well enough to be aware that Java and JavaScript are not the same. ;)
Prefers engaging with new people over interrogating them, and is skilled in conducting partner recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques.
Can communicate easily with different stakeholders and is capable of asking the right questions to extract key insights.
Has good instincts, but can also back them up with facts when arguing that a specific person will fit us perfectly.
Wants to carry out assigned tasks, but can also organize their own work and come up with their own initiatives.
Is available full-time and able to come into our Warsaw office from time to time.
