We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain temporary and fixed-term workers for our fulfillment centers.  

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and recruitment marketing.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record or scaling tech startups and e-commerce platforms in competitive marketing, particularly in Asia (although not an essential requirement).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g., paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve candidate acquisition and retention.
  • Define roadmap for growth working Product and Engineering teams to build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spend.
  • Lead discussions and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in Google, Meta, and other performance marketing channel partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding HR, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and candidate behaviorto identify and capitalize on recruitment opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in performance marketing with at least 4 years in leadership role, ideally in a fast-growth tech company or e-commerce platform at scale.
  • Experience leading cross-channel marketing strategies (paid, organic and social, search and display marketing).
  • A proven track record of leading acquisition, engagement and funnel optimization with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to ‘deep dive’ on challenges to help guide business decisions.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, with a proven ability to execute rapidly, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Known for decisiveness, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demands.
  • Experience in leading and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Proven ability to mentor, manage, and grow marketing professionals across diverse functions and seniority.
  • Highly credible with the ability to work with leadership, inform and support decision making by leveraging your deep expertise in growth marketing.
