Role Overview

The Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition strategy and execution, balancing hands-on hiring with team leadership and scalable recruitment operations. This role is responsible for building high-performing recruiter teams, driving hiring outcomes, and ensuring recruitment processes, systems, and standards support consistent delivery at scale.

You will own talent acquisition from planning through execution—partnering with stakeholders on hiring needs, leading recruiters, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, optimizing workflows, and using data to continuously improve performance. This role is ideal for recruitment leaders who enjoy coaching teams, driving results, and building structured, repeatable hiring engines in fast-moving environments.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning — 25%

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with hiring goals
  • Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Design scalable recruitment roadmaps and hiring plans
  • Define sourcing strategies by role type, market, and seniority
  • Anticipate hiring risks and proactively address gaps
  • Align recruitment capacity with business growth plans

Team Leadership & Development — 25%

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters (3–10+)
  • Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and hiring standards
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Support recruiter skill-building in sourcing, interviewing, and closing
  • Balance workloads and ensure sustainable team performance
  • Foster a high-accountability, collaborative team culture

Full-cycle Recruitment Execution — 20%

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across roles and teams
  • Ensure healthy pipelines and timely progress on all open roles
  • Review candidate submissions for quality and alignment
  • Support or directly recruit on high-priority or complex roles
  • Ensure consistent candidate experience and communication standards
  • Manage escalations and resolve hiring challenges

Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization — 20%

  • Own and optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and SOPs
  • Implement and maintain ATS and recruitment tools
  • Standardize intake, sourcing, and interview processes
  • Improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and data accuracy
  • Continuously refine processes based on performance data and feedback

Metrics, Analytics & Reporting — 10%

  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, recruiter output)
  • Monitor funnel health and identify performance bottlenecks
  • Build and review dashboards and reports for visibility
  • Use data to guide prioritization, resourcing, and improvements
  • Forecast hiring capacity and recruiter workload

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • 1–2+ years leading recruiters or managing recruitment delivery
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise across varied role types
  • Proven ability to coach, manage, and scale recruiter performance
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes and systems
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel performance
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to lead and operate effectively in remote environments

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience scaling recruitment in high-growth environments
  • Background managing multi-market or distributed hiring
