We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused Recruitment Lead to help build and shape the incredible teams who deliver our supports every day.
As the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic Recruitment Team, managing end-to-end recruitment, and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. You will play a critical role in implementing innovative talent strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top tier professionals across all areas of the business, including Hearth Allied Health.

Contribute to recruitment-related projects, tacking and analysing recruitment metrics to continually improve processes
