Recruitment Lead Generation Admin

We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generation Expert to fuel our client acquisition efforts. Your key task will be to identify potential clients, connect with them via email or social platforms, and pass qualified leads to our Canada-based team for further engagement. We’re looking for someone skilled at uncovering promising opportunities in the market, leveraging insights from consulting or similar fields, though you won’t be responsible for sealing the deal once interest is secured.

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate Outreach: Contact prospects through emails or messages to evaluate their hiring needs and interest.
• Prospect Research: Explore LinkedIn and other sources to find job postings that indicate a demand for recruitment services.
• Lead Transition: Transfer engaged prospects—like HR leaders, hiring managers, or executives—to our Canadian team for follow-up calls and closings.
• Database Management: Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and essential info for a seamless handoff to the Canada team.

Requirements
