B. Processes, Compliance & Accenture Integration

  • Ensure full compliance with mandatory processes (background checks, internal approvals, usage of tools, reporting, etc.).
  • Set up regular control checkpoints to verify that all process steps are correctly executed by the team.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, escalate to the right stakeholders, and follow-up until resolution.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the recruitment team and the Operations Management.
  • Produce structured and recurring reporting for the leadership team.

C. Hands-On Recruitment Activities

  • The Recruitment Lead will also take an active role in recruitment activities:
  1. Internal recruitment
  • Conduct targeted searches for strategic or hard-to-fill internal roles.
  • Focus on highly qualitative selection, rigorous evaluation, and long-term fit.

       2. Recruitment for client projects / Time & Material

  • Handle recruitments requiring speed, efficiency, and volume, while maintaining the expected level of quality.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand needs and contribute to business growth through reliable delivery.

D. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Operations, HR Administration, and all relevant internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proactive and transparent communication with internal teams and management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes (ATS, reporting, interview methodology, automations, etc.).

Your profile

  • Strong experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT sector (agency or in-house).
  • Proven leadership ability or prior experience in team coordination or mentoring.
  • Solid understanding of HR and administrative processes, ideally within a structured or corporate environment.
  • Ability to balance quality-driven recruitment with high-volume delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and escalation capabilities.
  • Resilience and comfort working in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to support growth through operational excellence.
