Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who will be responsible 100% for sourcing tech talent (software engineers, designers, PMs, etc.) for ongoing hiring needs.
This is a full-time remote internship where you will gain hands-on experience in technical sourcing and talent research using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Requirements:
Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.)
Mandatory: Prior experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable)
Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs
Excellent communication and research skills
Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (remote work)
Responsibilities:
Source, filter, and shortlist tech profiles via sourcing channels
Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up
Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.)
Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly
Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders when needed
Job Details:
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Internship Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (performance-based)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8 hours/day (flexible within business hours)
Interview Process:
One round of in-person interview at the Wework office - Vikhroli (If Mumbai based)
For other candidates it would be a remote interview
