Recruitment Intern (OJT)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist in various recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other HR functions. This is a great learning opportunity for students looking to build a career in human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring status in the recruitment system.
  • Provide support for employer branding initiatives on social media and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
