Position Overview:

Mark III Construction is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support our continued growth by managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. This role plays a critical part in attracting talent and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, project, and corporate positions

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Draft and manage job postings

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking

• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate communication and recruiting metrics

 Onboarding & New Hire Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process

• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents

• Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements

• Facilitate new hire orientation

• Partner with HR, Safety, IT, and Payroll

• Maintain accurate employee records

 

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations

• Maintain confidentiality of records

• Improve recruiting and onboarding workflows

• Support audits and HR projects

 

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience

• Construction or skilled trades recruiting preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office

Position Requirements:

This office-based role requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and occasional standing or walking. The employee must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.

Salary Range $75k - $90k DOE and you would qualify to participate in Mark III Annual Bonus Plan
