As a rapidly expanding tech consulting company, we seek exceptional individuals to challenge, inspire, and drive our growth. Join our Talent Management team and play a pivotal role in building our Amsterdam office.   The Role In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, networking, sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, employer branding, talent management, and onboarding. Every Netlighter is an active part of building and shaping this culture, which leads to a clear correlation between personal growth and the growth of Netlight.   Minimum Requirements ·       Master's degree or equivalent. ·       Young professional / Recently graduated (approx. 0-2 years of experience) ·       Verbal and written fluency in Dutch and in English   Preferred Qualifications ·       Passion for entrepreneurship, recruitment, sales, business development and tech ·       Passion for people, entrepreneurship, project management, sales and the tech community ·       Relevant experience, for example within entrepreneurship, talent acquisition, sales, business development, start-ups, networking, or similar ·       A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection ·       Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate ·       Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment   We offer ·       The unique opportunity to be part of building a local company: Driving one of our 13 offices further.
