What you’ll need to bring to the role
- In-depth understanding of recruitment strategy and delivering the results with SLA
- Having the ability to cultivate lasting professional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to both business leaders and candidates is a crucial skillset in today's competitive landscape.
- Good Understanding of the talent landscape across India
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and business partnering credentials
- Passionate about candidate experience and supporting top talent through our hiring processes
What You’ll Be Doing
- Understanding the specific talent needs for different roles and utilizing various sourcing methodologies to reach out and engage with both active and passive candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within your defined portfolio as per the recruitment guidelines
- Understanding the candidate's experience as well as the hiring manager's perspective is crucial.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience is preferred, we will consider a savvy agency recruiter
- Passion for people, autonomy, negotiation skills, and communication skills are some of the must-haves.
- Familiar with TA Systems & Tools, incl. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and open-source tools for finding candidates.
