Job Summary

As a Recruitment Delivery Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in meeting hiring targets by sourcing high-quality candidates through creative strategies and data-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple live roles (5–10+ concurrently).
  • Source, engage, and qualify top candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define briefs, expectations, and role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and recruitment metrics within the ATS/CRM.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and placement rates.
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships to ensure consistent pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or startup environments.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment delivery (managing 5–10+ open roles simultaneously).
  • Advanced sourcing expertise — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and data-driven recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
