Recruitment Coordinator | Pune

TLDR

The successful candidate will oversee the full recruitment life-cycle, implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, and enhance recruitment policies and procedures.

TransPerfect is looking to grow our in-house recruiting team in Pune.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and hiring applicants for internal positions.

Work Location: Pune

Work Schedule: Full-time

Engagement Model: Employment, permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Position responsibilities:

  • Actively work with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs

  • Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates

  • Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent

  • Headhunt and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions

  • Oversee full recruitment life-cycle including screening CVs, sourcing, interviewing, testing, negotiating offers and onboarding

  • Conduct in person interviews when required

  • Generate offer confirmation emails and employment contracts

  • Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • Advise managers on best hiring and interviewing practices

  • Develop relationships with universities and other external partners

  • Implement and improve recruitment policies and procedures

  • Take on special recruitment projects as needed

  • Complete administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Requirements

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders from all levels of the organization

  • Effective time management and organisational skills

  • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals

  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Established competency in the use of business applications tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
