Recruitment Coordinator

The multi-Oscar-winning creative Film & Episodic studio, at Framestore has worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic coordinator to join our Montreal recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with an in-house recruitment function.

What you’ll do:

• Supporting the recruitment teams in Montreal

• Managing the candidate database and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date

• Scheduling interviews

• Assisting with coordinating, events and job fairs

• Ownership of the teams' social networking presence and ensuring we provide regular updates

• Assisting with sourcing activity for hard-to-fill roles worldwide

• Experience interpreting metrics and translating data into actionable insights

• General administration as required

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• A keen interest in developing a career within recruitment

• An interest in visual effects would be a bonus

• Proficient with general MS Office, Google Suite and email applications

• Experience with ATS systems and on-line networking platforms

• Experience working with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, ATS reporting, or BI dashboards

• The ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Strong organizational skills

• Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally

• Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output

• Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask

• Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach

• Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations

• Able to work on own initiative

• Must be bilingual, French & English
