Position Overview 

The Recruitment Coordinator at Ciellos plays a key role in supporting and coordinating recruitment activities across multiple regions. Working remotely from Ukraine, you will support the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate communication to interview coordination and onboarding logistics.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager. You’ll collaborate closely with our People and Culture (HR) team and regional technical leadership to help build and strengthen Ciellos’ growing global organization.


A key requirement for this role is the flexibility to collaborate effectively with our North American teams. This includes maintaining overlap with US Eastern business hours and being available to work until 8:00 PM Ukraine time on scheduled days, as needed. 


Responsibilities 

 
Recruitment Operations 

  • Coordinate interviews across time zones, managing calendars and ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers 
  • Support the posting of open positions on Ciellos’ website, job boards, and social media channels 
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate data 
  • Communicate with candidates professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process 
  • Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs 
  • Report weekly recruitment progress to the Recruitment Director, VP of People and Culture, and leadership team 

 

Administrative and Coordination Support 

  • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes 
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and prepare summary reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually 

 

HR Assistance 

  • Assist with internal communication and engagement initiatives for remote team members 
  • Participate in other projects initiated by the People and Culture team 

 

What Is Needed to Succeed in The Role? 

 

Required 

  • English level at least Upper Intermediate; able to communicate effectively with US-based management and international colleagues 
  • Fluency in Ukrainian 
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems 
  • Ability to work with US hours overlapping 

Nice to have 

  • Experience in IT or technology consulting environments 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field 

 

Location 

 

This position is a remote, full-time role based in Ukraine, with collaboration across Ciellos’ global teams in Europe and North America.

The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the location.
