Recruitment Coordinator Apprentice (12-months duration)

Assist in managing the recruitment cycle by coordinating interviews and supporting the HR team in enhancing the candidate experience.

Job Summary In this role, you will help manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure we consistently deliver and hire top-quality talent. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting interviews throughout the hiring process.   • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling (virtual & in-person) by liaising with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage phone screens and support Recruiters with candidate evaluations where required.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, job postings, and hiring data across ATS and other HR systems.
  • Share timely follow-ups with candidates on their application status through email and phone.
  • Track recruiting progress and prepare weekly dashboards/reports on candidate pipeline status, interview outcomes, and open roles.
  • Facilitate post-interview debrief meetings, circulate debrief materials, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Identify and propose improvements in candidate experience, scheduling efficiency, and interview operations.
  • Support & coordinate onboarding activities for new hires as required.
  • Partner with the TA team to ensure smooth process flow, SLA adherence, and a consistent recruitment experience.

  • Preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or TA support.
  • Experience with ATS tools preferred.
