Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with potential medical clients to bring business opportunities to the agency.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Candidate Attraction and Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and shortlist high-quality medical professionals for client vacancies.
• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends and developments in the medical sector to anticipate client needs and recruitment challenges.
• Networking and Outreach: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and candidate pool.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed targets for revenue generation through placements and new client acquisition.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and support the overall growth of the agency.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, preferably with a focus in the medical sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the medical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and technology.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and recruitment best practices.
