Role: Recruitment Consultant - Full-time (Remote)
Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm AEST - Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10)
Salary: R22 000 (depending on experience)

Scope of the Role:

You’ll play a key role in sourcing company leads, sourcing and placing top-talent candidates and driving our client’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle/360 recruitment: From sourcing leads or utilising existing leads, signing up companies, to managing the entire recruitment process.
• Candidate Management: Source, screen, vet, facilitate or conduct interviews and initiate background checks on candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through to placement and beyond.

Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience in managing the full-cycle/360 recruitment process
• Previous remote work experience no less than 1 year is non-negotiable
• Fully-equipped home-office setup, with back-up power and good internet speed
• Solid understanding of ATS systems
• Excellent business development and account management skills
• Proven ability in lead generation/sourcing leads and signing up companies (B2B)
• Proven success in ongoing candidate placements
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets and delivering excellent service
• Experience in utilising existing leads
