We're looking for an experienced RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER to join our team!

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be in charge of orchestrating recruitment for multiple projects, by connecting the dots between candidates and clients' needs, to make sure we're bringing the right people in!

You'll need great attention to detail and strong planning skills to make everything run smoothly.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Gathering the recruitment needs from multiple clients, by keeping a close relationship with various Account Owners;
Working with the Recruitment Team to match candidates against the technical needs of the teams/projects;
Providing short and medium term recruitment needs and priorities;
Working together with external recruitment partners (agencies) from Romania and abroad;
Partnering with our technical communities in setting up technical interviews and evaluating candidates;
Advising on, implementing and using recruitment tools such as candidate management and onboarding tools, social networks, candidates' databases;
Providing regular, data-driven updates on recruiting progress;
Putting together relevant reports and data, analyzing and finding ways to make improvements where necessary;
Implementing and using modern sourcing / recruiting methods;
Contributing to the hiring decision-making process;
Taking initiative, challenging the status quo, learning quickly, and taking smart risks.

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 - 8 years of working experience in a similar role;
Experience with managing multiple recruitment pipelines and multiple clients;
Flexibility and ability to adjust easily to changing priorities and dynamics;
Strong work ethics, proactive approach and a focus on people;
Understanding various IT technologies and keeping up-to-date with technology trends;
Experience working with ATS systems and Reporting tools;
Attention to details and drive to organise things;
A feedback-driven communicator who thrives on giving and receiving the honest input necessary to build world-class teams;
Self-motivated, hands-on delivery, curious to learn new things and embrace a new vision;
Fluency in English.
