Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, screening and placement of full-time, part-time or temporary employees to fill customer’s needs by using creative sourcing methods. Ensures all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Exercises discretion to prioritize and organize workload and assess and place applicants in appropriate role for customer. Verifies all duties and tasks assigned are completed within the confines of applicable Local, State and Federal laws. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Essential Functions
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for or against hire and delivers assignment and/or employment offers.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- May visit customer sites for check in process, customer wellness calls, employee communication, etc.
- Available to work flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
- Manages internal process, including customer specific screening based on skill set, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, assignment and/or offer letters, etc.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Provides exceptional customer service to develop and maintain professional relationships to ensure achievement of customer staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of assignment and/or employment offers (e.g., hours, dress code, applicable benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements, etc.).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws.
- Processes employees through E-Verify to ensure Work Authorization of hired individuals at applicable hiring sites.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manages assignments and orders within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy of database.
- Manages application/resume files and retention of files according to company policy and required Local, State and Federal laws.
- Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.
- Professionally offboards released or terminated employees in accordance with company policy and Local, State and Federal laws.
- Protects organization and builds trust by maintaining confidentiality of applicant, employee and customer information.
- Participates as an integral part of the organization in support of staff company-wide to encourage the success of all team members.
- Attends training and educational sessions to support continued personal and professional growth to augment relevant knowledge and skills
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of the company.

Requirements
- Zero to less than 1 year in the staffing industry
- Entry level customer service
- Requires high level of oversight related to decision making
- Expectation of 1,000 billed hours
- Interviewing skills in various formats (phone call, in-person, etc.)
- Proficient in quickly and confidently assessing applicant skills and experienced in determining placement possibilities that align with customer staffing needs.
- Flexible schedule that meets changing needs of customer environment/business.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels via phone call, in-person, text, email, Skype and other online messaging tools
- Adept in technology
