Recruitment Advisor

Join us as our new Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our talented HR team. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates who align with DOF’s values and business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, and managing the onboarding process. Your proactive approach will ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in building a dynamic and skilled workforce that drives DOF’s success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
