Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients – chatting by phone, email, or in person.
  • Support recruitment activities like reviewing CVs/resumes and documents.
  • Keep all info up to date and upload candidate details into our ATS system.
  • Manage department inboxes and handle data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Answer calls and handle admin tasks to support the team.
  • Make sure clients and candidates get the best customer service experience possible.

Requirements

  • Great phone manner and a positive, enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using PC programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to learn – we’ll provide full training, so don’t worry if you don’t tick every box!
