About the Role

We're seeking an energetic and client-focused Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll act as the strategic partner for our clients, ensuring their hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively. You'll manage ongoing client relationships, align recruitment strategies with their business needs, and oversee service delivery end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships

  • Collaborate with clients to define hiring strategies, anticipate needs, and deliver customized recruitment solutions

  • Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding, through campaign execution, to post-placement follow-up

  • Align internal recruitment operations to meet client expectations for quality, timeliness, and candidate experience

  • Collaborating with and supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and KPIs.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics—such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and client satisfaction—and use insights to drive continuous improvement

  • Engage stakeholders through regular updates, strategic recommendations, and performance reviews

  • Proactively anticipate challenges, escalate issues when needed, and offer solutions to problems before they arise

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment, account management, or RPO environments

  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using metrics to assess performance and influence decision-making

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and reporting tools preferred

  • Self-motivated and adaptable – you thrive in dynamic environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: between $50,000 and $90,000
