ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and scale large, process-driven talent teams in a high-output and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role is reponsible for managing a large team of talent professionals driving production-focused recruitment delivery, and ensuring consitent performance through well-defined processes and clear priorities. The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Manager position will be a strong people leader with a mentoring mindset who believes that people are the foundation of sustainable success. Approachable, growth-oriented, and skilled at fostering collaborative, team-first culture and maintaining a clear focus on productivity and results. This role requires working effectively across global stakeholders, partnering with leaders in Engineering, Operations, project Management and People Success, while navigating organisational dynamics with maturity and focus. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, manage, and develop a large talent team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability. - Drive a process-based, production-focussed recruitment model, with a strong emphasis on output, efficiency, and quality of delivery. - Establish, monitor, and optimise recruitment workflows, ensuring consistent execution and measurable results at scale. - Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth, skill development, and long-term success. - Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Act as a strong people leader who balances a culture of production with a belief that people are the key drivers of success. - Set clear priorities for the team, aligning daily execution with broader talent and business objectives. - Partner with leaders across departments to support location-based collaboration, staffing needs, and cultural initiatives. - Evaluate talent accurately, providing constructive feedback, performance management, and development guidance. - Navigate organisational dynamics with maturity—understanding politics without becoming entangled in them—and maintaining focus on delivery and outcomes. - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps, and implement practical, data-informed solutions. - Report on team performance, productivity, and outcomes directly to the Head of Talent, using clear metrics and insights. REQUIREMENTS - 10+ years of experience leading teams in high-scale recruitment, workforce operations, or delivery-driven environments. - Strong understanding of operational performance management, including capacity planning, forecasting, and productivity tracking. - Demonstrated ability to build and sustain engaged, resilient teams through trust, clarity, and development-focused leadership. - Proven track record of making sound decisions under pressure, balancing speed, quality, and people impact. - High emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders at different seniority levels. - Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear execution plans for recruiting teams. - Experience operating within matrixed or global organisations, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences. - Strong business acumen, with an understanding of how recruitment outcomes impact broader organisational performance. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change while maintaining momentum and team confidence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely and credibly to senior leaders. - High standards of professionalism, discretion, and accountability. This role offers the chance to lead recruitment at a meaningful scale during a period of sustained growth and operational evolution. You will have the opportunity to influence how teams are built, how performance is driven, and how recruiting partners with the business to deliver measurable impact. If you thrive in high-expectation environments, value disciplined execution, and enjoy developing people while driving results, this role provides both challenge and long-term growth.
