As a Brunswick Group Recruiting Manager/Senior Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing recruitment process, delivering best practices, providing guidance to fellow members of the recruitment team, and liaising with global counterparts to drive talent acquisition projects.
You will also play a hands-on role in attracting and securing top talent for our growing Americas offices, filling key roles across levels within the U.S. This is a highly impactful opportunity for a driven and experienced full life cycle recruitment professional to contribute within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will ideally be based in either New York or Chicago.
Compensation: You will be eligible for the following compensation as a temporary employee: $60-$80/hour. If you successfully convert to full-time employment, the eligible salary range for this position, depending on experience, is $120,000-$165,000.
