Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and coordinating recruiting operations while contributing to a high-performance team.

Job Description:

At WFS Group, we understand that even the best sourcing efforts are only as strong as the talent pipelines behind them. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top-tier candidates, managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating workflows. With our systems, resources, and growth trajectory, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and grow into broader recruiting responsibilities over time.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will serve as the backbone of our sourcing and talent pipeline efforts. This role is ideal for an overseas hire who thrives in a remote environment, loves organization, and enjoys the hunt for high-quality candidates.

Your primary focus—especially at the start—will be sourcing, outreach, resume screening, ATS management, and supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with day-to-day recruiting operations. As you get comfortable and demonstrate strong performance, the role offers room to take on additional responsibilities such as pipeline review, onboarding coordination, reporting, and broader recruiting support.

Note: This role operates on U.S.-based hours, so candidates should be able to align their schedule to match our team in the U.S.

If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a high-performance recruiting operation, you’ll fit right in.

You SHOULD apply to this role if:

  • You have experience sourcing candidates and building pipelines (sales recruiting a plus!).

  • You’re confident using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools to find top talent.

  • You’re organized, process-oriented, and enjoy managing candidate data.

  • You communicate clearly and follow up consistently.

  • You enjoy supporting a recruiting leader and contributing to a growing TA department.

  • You’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment on U.S. hours.

  • You excel at repetitive tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing priorities.

  • You’re excited to learn and expand your responsibilities over time.

You SHOULD NOT apply to this role if:

  • You’re not comfortable working remotely or handling communication across time zones.

  • You’re unable to align your schedule to U.S. hours.

  • You don’t enjoy sourcing or outreach.

  • You struggle with organization, multitasking, or updating tools like an ATS.

  • You need constant supervision rather than clear direction and autonomy.

  • You prefer very repetitive, unchanging roles with no growth or evolution.

  • You’re not comfortable communicating with candidates or coordinating schedules.

  • You dislike following structured processes or maintaining detailed documentation.

  • Fast-paced, high-performance work environments overwhelm you.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

Initial Core Responsibilities (Primary Focus):

  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, and online communities.

  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screens for qualified talent.

  • Manage all applicant flow and ensure timely communication with candidates.

  • Maintain a highly organized and accurate ATS, updating candidate stages, notes, and tags.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for future roles.

  • Assist in creating job postings and managing listings across platforms.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and calendar alignment for candidates.

  • Support daily and weekly sourcing initiatives led by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • Keep pipelines clean, updated, and aligned with recruiting priorities.

Future and Growth Responsibilities (After Sourcing Mastery):

  • Assist with deeper pipeline review and movement across roles.

  • Help coordinate onboarding steps, schedules, and pre-start communication.

  • Support reporting, metrics tracking, and pipeline performance analysis.

  • Contribute to optimizing workflows, documentation, and recruiting operations.

  • Assist in executing targeted recruiting campaigns or special projects.

  • Expand into additional recruiting responsibilities as skills develop and the department scales.
