The Role:
As Wpromote, a seven-time Ad Age Best Places to Work winner, continues to scale, our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Temp/Part-Time) to support our hiring efforts during a period of growth. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting onboarding logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a people-first recruiting function. Working closely with recruiters and cross-functional partners, you will help ensure a seamless hiring process while gaining exposure to best-in-class talent practices at a leading digital marketing agency.
Please note: This is a temporary, part-time role expected to last 3–4 months, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week. Candidates residing in Pacific Time (PT) is strongly preferred.

The anticipated hourly rate for this role will be $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.

You Will Be
Facilitating the candidate experience and engagement by coordinating virtual and in-person interview schedules
Collaborating with the Talent team to ensure the seamless completion of new hire documentation and onboarding processes, including conducting comprehensive background and reference checks
Manage the end-to-end requisition process in our ATS (Lever), partnering with recruiters to open, update, and close requisitions while ensuring accurate job details, approvals, and system compliance
Maintaining and updating recruitment dashboards using Google Docs and Excel for various reporting needs
Managing the contractor process by sending, tracking, and collection of freelance documents to streamline onboarding for freelance talent
Assisting in the coordination of industry networking, potential internship and mentorship programs to foster relationships and ensuring a robust pipeline of emerging talent
Supporting employer branding initiatives by coordinating recruiting events, maintaining and contributing to career content, and partnering with internal employees to gather candidate-facing materials
Supporting our AI rotational program, including interview coordination and ongoing program support
You Must Have
2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting coordination / administrative capacity
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); experience using formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables in Google Sheets or Excel
High attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable mindset
Availability to work up to 20 hours per week for a temporary engagement (3–4 months)
Nice to Have
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Lever experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience supporting high-volume or agency recruiting environments
