About the role
We're growing fast and need great people to help us scale! We're looking for a recruiting coordinator who knows how to move quickly and loves creating amazing experiences for candidates. You’ll be the backbone of our recruiting team - from spearheading interview coordination and onsite visits, to ensuring every candidate interaction is thoughtful and well-organized. You'll join a team where people care a lot about each other, and are determined to help you build a successful career. You'll be instrumental in this next phase of company growth, helping us in our mission to make the internet a safer place. Whether you’ve done recruiting before or are looking to kickstart your career in tech, this is an incredibly unique opportunity to see exactly how hyper-growth companies are built.
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with in-office days required from Tuesday to Thursday and occasional Monday or Friday presence for in-person interviews. Relocation assistance is available for anyone located outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
What you'll do at Persona
Interview coordination. You’ll play a huge role in scaling our team, and driving successful interviews across 40+ roles. You’ll collaborate with nearly half of the company and build relationships with candidates and future Personerds!
Influence process. If you can picture it, go build it! You’ll have unique access to senior mentorship and support, taking your own initiatives and driving them to the finish.
Additional projects. We’re still a startup, and your day to day will vary as we grow the team and our brand. As we grow the team and our brand, you’ll have the opportunity to take on projects across the company - from creating content, supporting interviewer training, managing key initiatives, or contributing to university recruiting efforts.

This salary range is the estimated base salary range. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
