Own the recruiting coordination process, manage candidate scheduling, and be the welcoming front desk presence in a fast-paced startup environment focused on innovative therapies.
Own interview scheduling and ensure seamless coordination; providing high-touch, high-quality communication to candidates.
Act as communication bridge between hiring managers, candidates, and HX team.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Greet visitors and candidates (check-in, COVID tests administration, NDAs, etc.).
Help host joe’s (CEO) visitors; check in, drinks, get them settled in the correct office, etc.
Be in charge of the front desk phone.
Monitor parking lot, assisting with access when needed for visitors or deliveries.
Other duties as assigned; i.e. we’re a startup and we help where we’re needed. We have a humble, no-task-too-small attitude.
Have customer service, hospitality, office admin, or other similar experience.
Have proficiency with various software tools, including Google Suite and project/task management.
Have a positive attitude and friendly, open demeanor.
Take initiative and have a desire to gain experience working in a startup environment.
Have an interest in science and longevity and extending healthy human lifespan!
