We're an SF team of ~90 from Harvard, MIT, Google, Apple etc. We recently raised a Series B from Benchmark, and we are rapidly building the most intelligent search engine in history.
Now, we’re looking for an Recruiting Coordinator to help build our Exa family!
About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You’ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.
What You’ll Do
Own the recruiting cycle, from outbound strategy to interview process to close
Represent Exa and convince top talent to join our team
Move candidates along the pipeline, answer questions, and work with our recruiting team on sourcing strategy

Handle our hyperscale needs. We routinely grow our team by ~1.5x each quarter.
