Role Overview
Astera Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our recruiting operations, ensuring seamless candidate experiences while supporting our mission to build world-class teams across engineering, sales, and G&A functions. As we scale rapidly to meet the demands of the AI infrastructure connectivity market, you'll play a critical role in coordinating up to 30 active requisitions, managing complex interview schedules, and maintaining the operational excellence that enables our recruiters to focus on finding top talent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a hyper-growth company at the forefront of AI infrastructure innovation. You'll work cross-functionally with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to deliver exceptional experiences while driving process improvements and maintaining data integrity in our ATS. Compensation
Hourly pay range is $30 to $40 depending on experience and qualifications. This is a contract-to-hire position with potential for conversion to full-time employment.
