Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the Role:
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones
- Greet onsite candidates and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless interview experience
- Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
- Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through
- Clear, professional communication and time management skills
- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our SF Bay Area offices)
