The Recruiting Associate plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment operations for clinicians. This position owns the day-to-day execution of the recruiting pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining internal process accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The role serves as the central point of coordination between candidates, clinical leadership, HR, and operations from requisition creation through onboarding handoff.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% in-office presence in St. Louis, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • Manage job requisitions, workflows, and automated communications within Workable.
  • Coordinate and monitor candidate movement through screening, interview, offer, and post-offer stages.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clinician candidates, handling high-volume communication and follow-ups.
  • Review resumes, applications, and licensure; verify credentials as needed.
  • Coordinate video and live interviews, including scheduling, reminders, and interview review tracking.
  • Prepare and issue offers and contracts for clinicians, ensuring correct classification and compensation.
  • Initiate and review background checks and support start-date coordination.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation across recruitment systems and spreadsheets.
  • Partner with clinical leadership, HR, and operations to ensure timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms (Workable preferred).
